Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

My Filament Stock is a subscription tool that helps you record your own filament and product stock levels and order needs, and that displays indicative product availability and pricing information sourced from publicly accessible third-party retail websites. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account details and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

3. Subscription, billing and cancellation

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription of AUD $8.99 per month, charged in advance to your nominated payment method through Stripe.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal ("Account" then "Payment Info" in the app). When you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current paid month and does not renew after that.

Fees are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Except where required by the Australian Consumer Law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial months.

We may change the subscription price by giving you reasonable notice; any change applies from your next billing period.

4. Accuracy of availability and pricing data (important)

Product availability, prices, names, SKUs and similar information shown in the Service are indicative only. They are gathered from third-party public sources, may be incomplete, out of date or incorrect, and are not provided or endorsed by the relevant retailer or manufacturer. Always confirm availability, price and details directly with the retailer before making any purchasing decision. We are not responsible for purchasing decisions made in reliance on the Service.

5. No affiliation

The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Bambu Lab or any retailer. All product names, brands, trademarks and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; share your account with others; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use it to infringe the rights of others.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. The data you enter remains yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that data to you in order to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and availability of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on availability or pricing data or from interruption of the Service. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited (at our option) to re-supplying the Service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. You may stop using it and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available on our website, with the effective date shown above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
